This mystical trilogy includes:
"Our Women, Their Stories
This book is for my children. In it I hope to have told the stories of our ancestors. I have done some background research, through Ancestory.com, as well interviews and observation. There are also examples of informational articles and poetry which help to describe our past.
During my journey, I found that there was not the information about women as there was about men. I hired a genealogist to help me find the roots of Mary Logan, and even then, there were dead ends. It is amazing to me the lives our mother, grandmothers, and great grandmothers have lived. They were strong, hardworking and brave. For these reasons I focused on Our Women, Their Stories.
It has always been my desire to create and write stories about people of other cultures and times. How exciting it has been to discover the lives of our own ancestors!

Our Women, Our Stories None of us today knew this courageous woman, Michaelina (Ignatowicz) Pajaczck. We know that she was a woman of small stature, who spoke heavy Polish, and was an kind ‘bacia,’ but we can get a better glimpse of her by her actions and by pondering the women that followed her. |
