Irish Myths and Legends
Lest we forget
                   ~by Maggie Logan

This new book
is a triple tale about how three women from three different times in medieval Ireland, write and pass on stories that they remember.

Isolde, daughter of Queen Iseult of Dunlace Castle in late 600AD begins the tale.  She is the bridge who keeps alive secrets of the Tuatha de Danaan.
Aine, Isolde’s daughter has possession of the book that Isolde scribes.   In Aine’s book, she captures some of the ways these faeries interact with legendary characters of the early centuries.
Finally, there was Maire mac Domneill, daughter of a High King of Northern Ireland.  She writes of
pain and romance when legendary heros and heroines become involved with the spirit world.

I am putting the finishing touches on this book before sending to the editor...
This book will include stories from the three cycles  Mythology, Ulster, and Finn
The book is called, Irish Myths and Legends    Lest we forget

Also the last of the Trilogy about Isolde and her descendants

 "Waves of Love"
Is still an ongoing work in progress!  I have teamed up with Tony Johnson in the telling!
In the third book of my Trilogy, “Waves of Love,” Tony Johnson has been a co-author.  He has agreed to illustrate the book as well.  Tony and I have been writing together for ten years.  He is an experienced student of Celtic Medieval Culture.  He is a reader, writer, artist and traveler!
His love for the ritual and for the sea have made him a perfect
addition to the Celtic storytelling about lives and descendants of Tristan and Isolde.
In the Waves of Love Tony’s character, Thorfinn, hails from a Norse Viking and a Scottish mother, who is from Tristan’s lineage.
It is a perfect surprise when Maire learns that they have similar bloodlines.  Tristan being the son of a Scottish Chieftain.
It is our hope to continue telling the tales of fictional characters who are the ancestors of Tristan and Isolde,  and their place in Irish history.
